How it works

Four steps, one short form

  1. Tell us what you need

Level, subject, and whether you want the lesson at home or online. It takes a minute and costs nothing.

  2. We match a vetted tutor

The office finds the right person and sends you their booking link, with the exact price on it.

  3. Pay after we confirm

Once the tutor accepts your time, you pay by mobile money. Not before.

  4. The lesson happens, then you get a report

Your tutor writes what was covered, how your child did and what to work on, in a written report readable on any device. Only then is the tutor paid.

Why families trust us

Three promises we keep

Your money is protected

You pay only after a tutor has accepted your time. We hold that money and release it to the tutor after the lesson has actually happened.

If a lesson does not happen, we make it right with you directly. That is the whole reason to pay through us rather than hand cash to someone you have just met.

Never pay a tutor directly. If anyone asks you to, tell us.

Safety, taken seriously

For lessons at your home, tutors agree to work in a room where the family can see and hear them, and to keep contact on our channels.

Sit in on the first lesson with any new tutor. It is normal, and no good tutor minds.

Any concern at all, call +256 771 806 190. We suspend first and ask questions after.

We will tell you if tutoring is not the answer

When a child's marks drop suddenly, the cause is sometimes outside the classroom: something at home, at school, with friends. More lessons on top of that can make things worse, not better.

Tell us on the request form and someone from our office will call you before we match anyone. A private conversation, free, no obligation. If tutoring is the right answer, we match you then.

We would rather lose a booking than sell you a lesson your child does not need. Our promise, in writing.

Matched by the office

What it costs

The matching is the work, and it is free.

  • Being matched is free: a person, not a search box, picks the tutor.
  • No joining fee and no subscription. You pay per lesson.
  • You see the exact price on the tutor's booking link, before you pay anything.
  • A lesson at your home shows any transport cost up front.
UGX 50,000–160,000

Most lessons, by level, subject and place. You see the exact price before you pay. Two or three short lessons a week beat one long one.

The part that matters most

Every tutor is vetted

Identity and quality checked, by humans, before they ever meet your child. The standard is simple: we only send someone we would trust with our own child, alone.

A stack of exercise books and past-paper booklets on a desk, with a pencil and a red pen beside them.
Marked work, every week. The exercise book tells the story.
A tutor and a child at a wooden desk, seen from behind over an open exercise book of sums marked in red pen, a pencil and a mathematical set beside it: the work
At your home or online, the same tutor, the same standard.
Being matched is free

Tell us about your child. We’ll do the finding.

One short form. No account, no payment, no obligation. Just the right tutor, matched by a person.
